Strength and Conditioning Programs
MOVE programs are designed to increase strength, conditioning, power, and speed as well as develop athletic ability and positioning. We offer multiple pricing and schedule options to meet the needs of groups and individuals and deliver results.
We offer strength and conditioning classes for all athletes as well as closed sessions for entire teams and groups running year round. If you are interested in reserving a time for your team or want to know which class fits your athlete, please contact us.

Advanced Teen Strength and Conditioning Classes
MOVE strength classes are designed to maintain strength gains as well as continue to develop strength in athletes. Because strength gains made in Summer programs can return to baseline levels in as little as 6 weeks, we offer classes to protect your athlete against season-ending injury and improve on field performance. We offer world class instruction as well as strength and conditioning programming which is completely customizable and safe for both beginner and advanced athletes. Perfect for athletes of any sport. Ages 14+
Field Sport Strength and Conditioning Classes
Our strength and conditioning classes offer a balance of strength development as well as improved conditioning, increased agility, improved athletic positioning, and increased explosiveness and power. These classes contain a strength development component as well as a conditioning component, perfect for ‘off-season’ athletes interested in improved performance and increased safety in their sports. Perfect for athletes of any sport. Ages 10+.
