Athlete Pricing

PRICING

Our prices vary depending on duration of programming and number of athletes. Team and group pricing is available as well as rates for individual athlete development.

Pick any two days per week: Starting at $109 / month

2 and 4 day per week as well as monthly pricing available. More details here.


MOVE Monthly:

  • Starting at $109 / month*
  • Perfect for all athletes (football, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, basketball, volleyball, skiing, swimming etc.)

*First class free

**Two day/week ‘in-season’ options available


Off Season Training

  • 8 to 12 week strength and conditioning program.
  • 2-4, 60 minute sessions
  • Expert instruction and programming in the basic barbell lifts (squat, front squat, back squat, bench press, press, push press, push jerk, deadlift).
  • Expert instruction and programming in the Olympic Style lifts and their variations (clean, jerk, snatch).
  • Expert conditioning instruction and programming.

In Season Training

Develop and maintain general fitness and strength throughout the season.
