Teen Strength and Conditioning Classes 1/1/16-3/30/16
MOVE Monthly Classes 3/1 through 4/23/15
During this 8 week session, we moved through a linear strength progression and included conditioning workouts twice per week. Athletes progressed over our first 8 week session and we saw some huge strength gains in front squats, back squats and pull-ups. Most of our athletes were ‘in-season’, so we focused more on building and maintaining strength as well as core strength and flexibility.
MOVE Classes Fall 2105 (8/15-9/30)
Most of the kids are currently ‘in-season’ and working to develop and maintain the strength they’ve built over the Summer. Most have been attending 2 days per week and seeing great results.
Back Squat: 20lb
Bench Press: 15lb
Hang Power Clean: 10lb
